A Thought For Your Christian Journey:
Are not five sparrows sold for two farthings, and not one of them is
forgotten before God? 7
But even the very hairs of your head are
all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many sparrows.
God never misses a thing.
He knows when you are joyful. He
know when you are sad. He knows
when you are able. He knows when everything aches.
He knows when you are certain. He
knows when you’re in despair. God
truly is all-knowing (omniscient). No
thought or motivation escapes His awareness.
It seems apparent that many never give God’s knowledge a
second thought. They live their
lives as though God does not see their actions or know their thoughts (Psalm
94.7-11). Make no mistake about it,
sinful actions pour from sinful hearts that lack the awareness of the
omniscience and accountability of the divine.
Understanding that God sees and knows every thought, motivation, and
action will undoubtedly have a purifying effect upon ones life.
The thought that God knows absolutely everything ought to be a
great comfort to every born-again Christian.
It gives us the absolute assurance that every trial and triumph in our
hearts and in God’s kingdom work is known by our Heavenly Father.
No sorrow, sacrifice, or service will go unnoticed.
Our Heavenly Father loves us with a depth of concern that we are hard
pressed to fully comprehend. The
more we understand the truths concerning the omniscience of our Lord the greater
our joy and desire for godliness and determined service will be.
You will never escape the eye of Almighty God.
